At So Pretty Intimates, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help!
Return Window
You have 21 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any worn items, including bras and panties. (Do not remove the hygiene label on all panties until you are 100% sure if your purchase)
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Please reach out to our team at admin@soprettyintimates.com.au to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form, which will be emailed to you.
- Prepare Your Package: Include your order number and the reason for your return. Repack the items carefully including the completed RMA in a secure waterproof mailer box or bag.
- Ship Your Return: Send your return to the address provided by our team. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or the wrong item was sent.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspected your returned item, if approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Sale Items
All clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return.
