Shipping policy

Shipping Methods
1. Standard Shipping
- Cost: $10.00 (Free on orders over $100.00)
- Delivery Time: 6-14 business days, depending on your location.
- Carrier: We use Australia Post for standard deliveries.
2. Express Shipping
- Cost: $15.00
- Delivery Time: 2-8 business days.
- Carrier: We use Australia Post for express deliveries.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM WAST will be processed the following business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship within Australia.
- Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate. So Pretty Intimates is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Delivery Issues

Lost or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
